What Happens Next
You’re on this page because you want to know exactly what happens next when you buy a blog. Everything sounds great, but you need to know the what’s, when’s and why’s.
Great:
First 24 hours: hen you buy a blog from me, the first thing that happens is you get a welcome package, and you get directed to a design form. The design form is where you tell us how you want your blog to look. Don’t worry if the form isn’t friendly, if you want, we can talk you through it (just tell us & we’ll reel you in).
You’ll get your inital training materials sent in the welcome package, and within 1 business day, you’ll be given access to the training here in Guerrilla.me. It’s done ala carte, the first ten videos are up day one.
You will need to pick a hosting company. We recommend “Hostgator” or “Bluehost.” We can host it for you for 1 year for $250.00, (and we include upgrades at that price) but you’ll get a better deal at bluehost/hostgator. Point your domain servers to your new site from godaddy or your hosting provider.
We will install wordpress & thesis & all the plugins within 24 hours of you completing this step. If there is ANY confusion here, we can help walk you through it.
Within 48 hours of you completing your design form, we will have the first attempt for you. Don’t be surprised if it’s absolutely perfect. We do these every day, and our system “just works. Still, if you need a revision, don’t hesitate to let us know. It’s included. Be as specific and as descriptive as possible with everything.
Within 1 business day of revision request, you’ll get what is often the final version. If there are minor tweaks needed, that’s included in the price. Again, be as descriptive as possible to help us out.
Training: You get the videos unlocked, and we’re always adding and updating our training library as best practices for small business blogging evolve. We will stay in touch with you via email, and via this blog.
Everything can be done in as soon as 72 hours, if we hear from you on design, and then you’ll get to working on our content checklist.
